1. Introduction
The e-shop is the online store for the sale of products via the Internet created by the company “VSTRAPS”. The use of the e-shop is governed by the present terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions), which users are invited to read carefully and comply with them. Vstraps considers that before visiting the e-shop, users are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions as they apply from time to time and have accepted them unconditionally. Use of the e-shop implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If a user does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, then he/she must not use the e-shop.
Vstraps may modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, but undertakes to update this document for any modification or addition.
The invalidity of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall not invalidate the remainder. Vstraps’ failure to exercise its rights under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. Vstraps shall not be liable for breach of these Terms due to force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergencies, etc.
In the event that the availability of any product of the e-shop is regulated by more specific terms of use, such terms shall be considered as a whole with these Terms of Use. However, in case of conflict, the more specific terms of use of each product or service shall prevail.
2. Information – Products
Vstraps is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on the site, both in terms of the identity of the e-shop and the services provided by it. In particular: Vstraps shall not be liable for defective products and/or untrue information concerning its suppliers’ goods contained on the website. The relevant liability shall be borne exclusively by its individual suppliers.

3. Limitation of liability
Vstraps is not liable to customers/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order. It also reserves the right to the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure.
The e-shop cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of the end consumers of their unavailability.
The e-shop provides the Content (e.g. information, names, photos) and products available through the website “as is”. Under no circumstances shall the Vstraps e-shop be liable for any claims of a legal or civil and/or criminal nature, nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which is indicative and not restrictive, disjunctive and/or cumulative, consisting of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) by visitors to the website or third parties for any reason related to the operation or not and/or the use of the website and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available from the website and/or from the website. Therefore, users are required to contact the third parties (website providers) directly for anything arising from their visit and/or use. 4. Intellectual Property Rights
The e-shop is the official online store of Vstraps. All its content including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts and products are the intellectual property of Vstraps and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.
Any copying, distribution, transfer, processing, resale, creation of derivative works or misleading the public about the actual provider of the e-shop Content is prohibited. Any reproduction, re-publication, uploading, posting, communication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the Content in any manner or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the e-shop or any other copyright holder. 5. User Responsibility
Users accept, agree and covenant that they will make lawful and appropriate use of the e-shop. As such, users indicatively and not restrictively agree that they will not use the Vstraps e-shop to:
- send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that is contrary to law as well as to good morals and good business practices, in any way interferes with individual privacy and the individual and social rights of third parties, is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, offensive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, libelous, obscene, indecent, invasive of another’s privacy, shows empathy, or expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination,
- causes harm to minors in any way,
- send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content to which users are not entitled to transmit under law or contractual or administrative relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements),
- send, Post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party,
- to mislead anyone as to the origin of the content of the e-shop to damage in any way the reputation of Vstraps or third parties, compromise the security of Vstraps’ internet security, prevent any user from accessing the e-shop,
- install and promote, in any manner whatsoever, anywhere, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or unsolicited emails (spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes and any other form of unsolicited promotional content,
- send, Post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip the operation of any software or computer hardware,
- intentional or unintentional violation of applicable laws or regulations,
- harassing third parties in any way,
- collecting or storing personal data about other users. In any case of use that is illegal or contrary to these Terms, users must indemnify Vstraps for any and all consequential and incidental damages.
6. Network availability
Vstraps shall make reasonable efforts to maintain and make available the e-shop Users nevertheless accept that Vstraps is entitled to modify and/or temporarily or permanently interrupt all or part of the e-shop with and/or without notice to Users, as availability may be affected by the users’ equipment, other communication networks, the large number of people trying to use the e-shop at the same time or other causes. Therefore, Vstraps shall not be liable for any kind of damage (positive, consequential, negligent, intracontractual or other) resulting from the inability of users to access it, the suspension of all or part of it, the delay, non-delivery, interruption or poor quality of its services or loss of its content, the existence of any kind of errors. In any case, Vstraps reserves the right at any time to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of all or part of the e-shop for maintenance or upgrade purposes or for any other reason.
Although Vstraps makes every effort to protect the e-shop from digital sons, it cannot guarantee that it will never be virus free. Therefore, each user must take care of his own protection (use of antivirus, virus scanner or other protection systems) before using the e-shop or storing information, software or its content on his PC.
7. Registration
Transactions in the e-shop can also be carried out by users who have registered by completing the online registration form. Upon registration, the visitor/user declares that his/her data is accurate and true and accepts that Vstraps, in the event that it finds that the true data has not been declared, may cancel the registration.
If the user already has active codes for the e-shop, he/she can use them automatically for login, without requiring a new registration.
During the registration process, the user sets and submits his/her personal passwords, i.e. his/her personal user name (user name), and his/her personal password (password) based on the instructions provided in order for the passwords to be valid. Upon completion of the registration, the visitor/user automatically acquires the ability to make online purchases from the e-shop.
The user is solely responsible for the e-mail address (e-mail) that he/she declares to be his/her personal, true and under the full and exclusive control of Vstraps, which is not liable for any damage to the visitor/user from any third party access to his/her e-mail. Vstraps reserves the right to ask the visitor/user for further documentation to confirm that he/she is the legitimate owner of the email address declared by him/her or has permission to use it from its legitimate owner. In the event that the visitor/user refuses to send the required supporting documents or Vstraps determines that the user is not the legitimate owner of the email address, Vstraps reserves the right to delete the visitor/user.
8. Use of Passwords
Users are responsible for all operations carried out with their Personal Passwords and are obliged to notify Vstraps immediately of any unauthorized use that may be carried out with them and of any (even possible) security breach. This information is not disclosed by Vstraps to third parties. Vstraps shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may arise for users from the unauthorized or illegal use of Personal Access Codes by third parties, due to their leakage or for any other reason, and reserves the right to claim compensation from the user in the event that he/she suffers any kind of damage from the unauthorized or illegal use of Personal Access Codes. Vstraps may at any time terminate the provision of these services to the user and refuse any current or future use of the e-shop in case of violation of the Terms of Use.
9. Security
Vstraps recognizes the importance of the issue of security of Personal Data, as well as electronic transactions and has taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security.
The security of the Vstraps e-shop is achieved by the following methods:
I. Customer Identification – Passwords
Users, upon registration, provide Vstraps with personal data which Vstraps guarantees are used exclusively for the execution of transactions through the e-shop . The aforementioned data must always be true, accurate, valid and complete. Once the personal data is provided and the registration is completed, the user has two personal codes (Personal Passwords) for identification: the Username and the Password. The only person who has access to his/her personal data is the user through the above Personal Passwords. Users are responsible for all operations carried out with their Personal Passwords and are obliged to notify Vstraps immediately of any unauthorized use that may be carried out with them and of any (even possible) security breach. This information is not disclosed by Vstraps to third parties. Vstraps shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may arise for users from the unauthorized or illegal use of Personal Access Codes by third parties, due to their leakage or for any other reason, and reserves the right to claim compensation from the user in the event that he/she suffers any kind of damage from the unauthorized or illegal use of Personal Access Codes. II. Controlled Access (firewall)
Access to Vstraps’ systems (servers) is controlled by a firewall, which allows the use of specific services by customers/visitors while prohibiting access to systems and databases with confidential data and information of the company.
III. Confidentiality of Transactions
Confidentiality is taken for granted. The same basic principles that govern traditional transactions apply in the case of electronic transactions. All information transmitted by the client to Vstraps is confidential and Vstraps has taken all necessary measures to ensure that it is used only to the extent deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. Some of the measures taken include the following:
- Only authorized employees have access to users’ transaction information and only when necessary, e.g. to process users’ requests.
- Vstraps does not disclose customer and transaction information unless authorized in writing by the user or required by a court order or decision of another public authority.

In order to carry out any transaction through the Vstraps e-shop, it is possible that the user may be asked to disclose his/her personal data (such as, but not limited to, name, home address, e-mail address, date of birth, etc.). The file with the users’ personal data will be kept and processed by Vstraps for the purpose of executing orders and contracts concluded through the e-shop for the provision of Vstraps’ products and services. The user has, within the framework of the legislation on telecommunications privacy, the rights of information and objection provided for in Articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997 regarding his/her personal data (upon written request and against the authority determined by the Authority of Law 2472/1997).
